Based in Mumbai and workingclosely with remuneration team globally in addition to one of the specificbusiness lines, this position will be responsible for:

  • Implement regular data updates and review processes to ensure data is correct in the performance and remuneration systems and the quality of data is improving. This includes processes to run reports from HR systems, analyse, review, clean and upload and download data as required;
  • Support the implementation of the annual remuneration review by updating data, implementing system processes (such as launching forms), amending accesses, creating training materials, providing support to users in the reward and people teams, and providing troubleshooting assistance, as needed;
  • Conduct system testing and reviews to check that the configuration of the performance and remuneration system aligns with program design and business requirements.  This includes the set-up of forms, workflow, reporting/ dashboards and access requirements;
  • Contribute to projects to review and develop performance and reward system and tool requirements and implementation of new systems;
  • Document processes, roles and responsibilities to support the effective governance of the performance and remuneration systems and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and controls are in place;

To be considered for this role youshould tertiary qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce or HR, preferablywith a strong quantitative background.   Skills, experience andattributes we are looking for include:

  • Deep domain knowledge with HR systems and experience working remuneration systems. 
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated experience in managing data and process improvement
  • Previous experience working in a complex, global environment
  • Customer focus with the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual/matrix team environment;
  • Advanced modelling and data management skills in Excel;
  • Technicalskills to administer Success Factors desirable.   Skillswith other remuneration systems (e.g. peoplesoft, workday) highly regarded
