To support Worley to transform and grow, we are reviewing our global reward programs and how they are brought to life to ensure they attract retain and motivate the workforce of the future. As a result, we are growing our global team to support this vision and some exciting opportunities have been created for you to join us.
Based in one of our hubs in India and working closely with remuneration team globally in addition to one of the specific business lines, this position will be responsible for:
  • Manage the configuration of the performance and remuneration system toalign with program design and business requirements, with the aim of beingoperationally effective and deliver a positive experience forstakeholders.  This includes the set-upof forms, workflow, reporting/ dashboards and access requirements;
  • Manage a small team of direct report analysts to engage them in the key activities that need to be delivered, and also effectively deliver work through others in the reward and People teams;
  • Support the implementation of the annual remuneration review by ensuringdata and processes are operating as they should, forms are launched on time, rewardand HR colleagues are appropriately trained to use and administer parts of the systemsand provide troubleshooting assistance, as needed;
  • Design, document and communicate processes, roles and responsibilities tosupport the effective governance of the performance and remuneration systems toensure appropriate risk mitigation and controls are in place;
  • Design and implement strategies, standards and processes to manage dataflows to ensure data is correct, up-to-date and the quality of data isimproving.  Manage processes to analyse, review,clean and upload and download data as required; and
  • Lead projects, as the Subject Matter Expert, to review and developperformance and reward system and tool requirements, market practice andsupplier updates to determine potential changes and the design andimplementation of new systems which improve the governance and experience of stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you should tertiary qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce or HR, preferably with a strong quantitative background.   Skills, experience and attributes we are looking for include:
  • Deep domain knowledge with HR systems and experience managing remuneration systems. 
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated experience in managing data, reporting and process improvement
  • Strongproject management skills and experience leading projects to design andimplement systems in complex, global environments
  • Customer focus with the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual/matrix team environment;
  • Advanced modelling and data management skills in Excel;
  • Experience with administration of remuneration systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, WorkDay or similar.
